Mindsters is an interactive webpage for kids between the ages of 7-9. Teachers and parents can introduce mindfulness and meditation to their kids. This webpage has different mindfulness activities like Zen Art, the Jar, and many more. It also has its unique channel full of meditation music for kids on Spotify.
